Despite getting snubbed by XXL, this dude is going to have a breakout year in Hip Hop. XV dropped this taste of his rhetorical ramge in anticipation for his upcoming mixtape, Vizzy Zone. Look out for solid instrumental slection, and skills of all sorts…maybe someday he’ll be as talented as OJ Da Juiceman (fail.).
