Nine Days of ’09: Slaughterhouse

Slaughterhouse came out this year as Hip-Hop’s answer to the supergroup. In times of auto-tune anthems and soft-ass/hip-pop/top 40-friendly club songs, Slaughterhouse brings the edge back to Hip-Hop. Bringing together Joe Budden, Royce Da 5’9″, Crooked I, and Joell Ortiz, this camp is a force to be reckoned with. No shortage of lyrical talent here. Check out the video for their groupie anthem “The One,” and look out for more posts featuring some of Slaughterhouse’s solo efforts from the last year.
